Return & Refund Policy
At Parfum Haus, we offer both retail fragrance products and custom fragrance experiences.
Retail Fragrance Products
- Unopened and unused retail fragrance products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Custom Products & Event Services
- All custom fragrance products, personalized party favors, custom labels, and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
- Deposits and payments for fragrance bar experiences and event services are non-refundable.
- Event dates are reserved upon receipt of the required payment and cannot be refunded once booked.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
